Clare manages the Dell Foundation’s investments in healthy food access for children and families in the United States. She joined the Dell Foundation from UT Austin where she lectured introductory courses on public affairs and geography. Prior to that, she was a research associate at the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service. She has also served as a contractor for the Food Policy Manager at the City of Austin, where she supported the city’s food systems planning efforts.
She is currently a doctoral candidate at UT Austin, pursuing her Ph.D. in community and regional planning, with a focus on regional food systems planning. She earned a master of public affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
