Dulari manages the foundation’s investments in poverty alleviation in both Central Texas and Greater Boston, with a focus on quality employment, economic mobility, workforce development, and creating sustainable connections between education and career for families living with low incomes. Prior to this role, she worked across foundation program teams on communications strategy, planning, and execution. Dulari brings over a decade of experience in social impact strategic communications with expertise in education, public health, and global development issues. Prior to joining the foundation, Dulari was an Account Supervisor at GMMB, a global communications agency specializing in social impact communications. She has also worked with the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and The Global Hunger Project, and served as a Public Health Advisor for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
