Grace Kalisha leads the Data Driven Education portfolio of investments at the foundation in South Africa, focused on improving learner performance through increased quality, availability, and usage of education data. Grace dedicates her time to education sector projects where she collaborates with social entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, government officials, and technology organizations on systemic efforts to improve learning outcomes for children.
She thrives on problem-solving with partners and is an experienced management consultant who started her career at Monitor Group. In previous roles, Grace implemented social impact programs in education, entrepreneurship, and health with various organizations. She is a Yale University alumna, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA.
