Grace leads the foundation’s Southern Africa portfolio, spanning Data Driven Education and Jobs & Livelihoods. She drives investment strategy and partnerships that help schools use data to improve student learning, and that connect young people to quality employment and economic opportunity.
She works with social entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and technology partners across South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to design and implement programs that strengthen education systems and workforce development.
Before joining the foundation, Grace spent a decade working across management consulting and social impact program implementation, including roles in education, entrepreneurship, and data-driven healthcare delivery.
Grace holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA from Yale University.
