Sonja leads the Dell Scholars program at the foundation, setting its strategic direction and leading its day-to-day work. Drawing on more than a decade working directly with college students, she has built student-centered approaches that help Dell Scholars persist and earn their degrees.
Sonja holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in higher education.
