Sonja Demps

Sonja is the manager of operations and engagement at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. She oversees the scholarship selection process and engagement for the Dell Scholars program. Sonja has worked with low-income and first-generation college students for over a decade by developing successful support strategies to ensure students graduate from college. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in higher education.
