Sharvi Dublish leads the foundation’s jobs and livelihoods work in India. She combines data-driven insights with empathy and a strong focus on understanding root causes to support programs and partnerships that help young people access dignified and meaningful livelihood opportunities.
Sharvi joined the foundation in 2018 and has since worked across multiple initiatives spanning education and livelihoods, with a strong focus on skilling and workforce development. She collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to design, support, and scale efforts that improve employment outcomes and enable long-term economic mobility for young people.
Before joining the foundation, Sharvi spent more than five years working across analytics, strategy, and program management roles at Essex Lake Group and American Express. She studied economics at St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, and earned a master’s degree in economics from the Delhi School of Economics. She draws on her strong analytical background and commitment to social impact in her work.
