Designed for Student Success
Around the world, students are working toward degrees that can open pathways into careers and greater economic mobility. Our scholarship programs are designed to support the full student experience by combining financial assistance with personalized advising, career readiness, and access to the resources they need to succeed in school and after graduation.
Since 2004, we have supported more than 25,000 students across the U.S., South Africa, and India, expanding to Kenya and Israel in 2026. While each program reflects local context, all focus on supporting students to graduate and prepare for strong careers.
Built for Local Context
Students are preparing for different opportunities in every region we serve, and our approach is designed to reflect those local realities.
- In the United States, many students balance college alongside work, family responsibilities, and financial pressures while preparing to enter the workforce.
- In South Africa and Kenya, practical experience and industry connections are critical for graduates entering highly competitive job markets.
- In India, students facing financial pressures during college often need greater access to internships, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for leadership roles in high growth fields.
- In Israel, engineering and science degrees are closely connected to opportunities in the country’s innovation economy.
Across regions, our programs help students build the experience, relationships, and confidence needed to graduate and prepare for strong careers.
Expanding Opportunity Beyond Graduation
A degree is an important milestone, but long-term opportunity depends on what comes next. Across our scholarship programs, students are not only graduating – they are gaining access to internships, professional networks, and hands-on experiences that help translate college degrees into careers.
Dell Scholars in the U.S. graduate at rates 50% higher than the national average. Dell Young Leaders in South Africa graduate at a rate of 86%, with 98% placed in jobs or graduate programs within three months. In India, every student in the first Dell Aspire Scholars cohort secured a second-year internship, a key step toward future career opportunities.
Across all programs, students bring the drive, talent, and commitment. Our role is to help connect that potential to the guidance, experience, and career pathways that support long-term success.
