Meredith leads operational excellence at the foundation, working to strengthen grantmaking through streamlined global processes and consistent execution of key initiatives and special projects. Her team optimizes operations through strategic planning and cross-team project and change management.
Before joining the foundation in 2007, Meredith spent 15 years in educational publishing, most recently as director of inventory analysis and manufacturing at Harcourt Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
