Semonti leads the Insight and Impact team, which oversees data, analytics, and measurement across all programs. She partners with foundation leaders, program teams, and external organizations to measure what works and use data to inform program strategy and align with shared priorities across the field.
Before joining the foundation, Semonti worked in education research, helping educators and school systems use data to improve student outcomes. She holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology and a master’s in occupational therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, with a focus on measurement, evaluation, and statistics.
