Robert Lindsey

Robert serves as the foundation’s general counsel where he manages the organization’s global legal function. He was most recently at Expedia, Inc. providing commercial and corporate legal advice for the HomeAway group. Prior to that, he worked at Dell Technologies where he was responsible for its capital markets work and SEC compliance. Robert was also a member of the corporate group at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, LLP. He is a graduate of Harvard and the University of Virginia School of Law.
