Semonti serves as director of insights and impact, leading the foundation’s global impact measurement efforts. She works closely with the foundation leadership, program teams, and external partners to ensure measurement efforts and data use effectively inform programmatic strategy and sector priorities. Before joining the Foundation, Semonti leveraged her research expertise within the education sector, providing technical assistance for practitioners across classrooms and school systems.
Semonti holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, focused on measurement, evaluation, statistics, and assessment.
