Todd is responsible for the internal operations of the U.S. Programs team, which manages over 200 national projects totaling more than $270M in commitments annually. He also oversees the Dell Scholars Program, which provides personalized financial and wrap-around supports to empower over 2,000 college students across the country to obtain a bachelor’s degree and have a successful career after graduation.
Prior to joining the foundation in May 2008, Todd spent 13 years at Dell Inc. in various marketing and support positions, his last being Director of Worldwide e-Support. His time at Dell included a two-year expatriate assignment in Dublin, Ireland, leading marketing for Dell’s Home & Small Business group in EMEA. Before Dell, he worked with Exxon Chemical Company and Deloitte Haskins & Sells. Todd has a bachelor’s of business administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s of business administration in finance from the University of Michigan.
