Gaurav Jain

Gaurav serves as a Program Manager with the India team. He is excited to leverage his passion and skills to create opportunities for ambitious young people in India. Prior to joining the foundation, Gaurav was the co-founder of Workverse, an edtech enterprise teaching human skills to young people. In four years, they impacted more than 100,000 learners through their innovative and gamified hybrid learning programs. He has also worked as a civil servant in the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, and spearheaded multiple national-level initiatives on skill augmentation for frontline employees, IT reforms, and other HR initiatives. Immediately post-graduation, he also worked as a derivatives trader, dealing in Eurodollar Futures, US Treasuries, and German Bunds.
