Rachelle serves the foundation as an office manager for the Austin team, working to create an exceptional space and environment where people are inspired and can be themselves. She joins the foundation from Kargo, an advertising tech company, where she led employee engagement and daily operations for three offices nationwide. She brings this experience and her own creativity to the foundation to build engagement and belonging.
