Tracey serves as evaluation officer for our South Africa team, driving impact strategy and overseeing routine program monitoring activities. She also provides strategic analytical support to the program teams and external partners to help demonstrate funded programs’ social impact.
Before joining the foundation, Tracey worked as monitoring and evaluation coordinator for SAEP (South African Education Project), supporting education-aligned programs from early childhood to tertiary student support. She has also worked at Creative Consulting & Development Works and Equal Education. Tracey holds a master’s degree in program evaluation from the University of Cape Town.
