Nathan serves as evaluation officer for our U.S. team, driving impact strategy and overseeing routine program monitoring activities. He also provides strategic analytical support to the program teams and external partners to help demonstrate funded programs’ social impact.
Nathan joins the foundation from Living Water International, where he served as Senior Director of Program Impact, leading a global team focused on coordinating and supporting program design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning across 17 country offices. Nathan also worked at two other international nonprofits, focusing on data, research, and design systems after starting his career in market research and product management.
Nathan has a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in market research from Missouri State University.
